The location was great for me as it was close to the airport. I arrived late and I got a good night’s sleep before my friend arrived the next morning. I read some negative reviews about the breakfast but I loved it! I really enjoyed the Indonesian options. Everything was fresh and tasty. The outdoor courtyard was pleasant. I probably wouldn’t stay here for a holiday (no pool) but for transit it was great, especially with a 12:00 checkout. I felt safe and comfortable.

The breakfast was by far the best we have had in Bali. As a Westerner that loves Indo food, the breakfast was considerably an Indo breakfast (eggs any style were available if you wanted them) and very well done with lots of variety.

- The room and bathroom are as expected from a hotel chain like this - They provide towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap and slippers - It has a work space and good internet (although not high-speed) - The room has an electric kettle, cups, tea and coffee

Close to airport for late evening arrival. Has transport pick up at airport. Look for name on board. We were being picked up early for transport to Padang Bai. Breakfast starts at 6am and is good buffet.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Bali Kuta.
